According to a September 21 LifeNews article, Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio Region has settled a lawsuit filed against it for failure to report incestuous statutory rape of a minor and sexual abuse of a minor to authorities. The plaintiff in the case, Denise Fairbanks, informed Planned Parenthood when her father brought her to the clinic for an abortion that she was being forced to have sex.
